Are you saved?

There are four steps to becoming a Christian.

1. Recognize you are a sinner.

For all have sinned and... the wages of sin is death. -Romans 3:23, 6:23
Your sins have separated you from your God. -Isaiah 59:2

-The effect of sin is spiritual death, or separation from God.

2. Realize Jesus died for your sin.

Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures. -1 Corinthians 15:3

-Jesus' death bridged the gap caused by man's separation from God.

3. Repent of your sin.

Repent therefore and be converted that your sins may be blotted out. -Acts 3:19

-Repentence means to turn from your sin.

4. Receive Jesus Christ by faith.

For by grace you are saved through faith. -Ephesians 2:8
Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. -Romans 10:13

-In a simple prayer of faith, call on Jesus to forgive you sin, save you, and become the Lord of your life.
